ブラックベリー摘み取りの季節がピーク期に入っていて、朝4時半から夜遅くまでのしんどい毎日。
Blackberry picking season has entered the peak period, so everyday is a tough slog from 4.30 am to late at night.

それでも生食のベリーは良く売れていて、ホッとしている！
Despite that, the berries are selling well, which is a relief!

この立派なベリーはKiowaという品種で、ベリーは平均サイズが8センチぐらいで、重さは３０ｇに近いと思う。
This little beauty is the kiowa variety. It’s berries have a size of about 8cm and weigh close to 30g I think

同じ品種の実の房で、けっこう色鮮やか！
This is a cluster of berries of the same variety. Quite colorful!

今年は畑への訪問者が多い。蛙も勿論、トカゲや蛇もたくさんいるが、このクワガタは初めて。でっけー！
Lots of visitors to the field this year. Plenty of frogs, lizards and snakes, but this is the first stag beetle I’ve come across. Big f**ker!
